Job Summary
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales order forecasts and commitments for the Zhuhai tooling business. Conduct global mold business research to map client networks, identify key stakeholders, and drive business communication with customers and procurement teams to uncover new opportunities. Collaborate with the pricing team to lead RFQ quote strategy, analyze client pain points, and optimize win rates. Track RFQ pipelines, coordinate internal resources for technical and cost solutions, and generate weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership. Oversee global mold procurement approvals and lead post-project cost reviews to refine future strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in injection mold design, mechanical manufacturing, or business administration
- At least 5 years or more of experience in injection mold-related design, manufacturing, and project management
- Proficiency in mold structure, manufacturing processes, and development process elements
- Ability to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams
- Mastery of English for daily work communication (email and meetings)
- Ability to conduct independent business communication with overseas clients, colleagues, and other relevant parties in telephone meetings
- Strong execution and project tracking capabilities
- Collaborative spirit and cross-departmental coordination skills
- Project awareness and risk prediction capabilities
