Program Manager

Program Manager to organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets for product development initiatives in Batu Kawan, Penang. Responsible for tracking metrics, guiding action items, negotiating contracts as needed, coordinating interdepartmental activities to meet timelines, staffing and resource requirements, managing product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction, maintaining excellent customer relations, and ensuring delivery, quality, and business metrics. The role acts as the primary communication channel for customers, handles escalations, maintains ongoing business with customers, and monitors project deliverables while coordinating across functions to ensure alignment with timelines and budgets. Requires typically a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years in program administration/management; strong operations, technical, people/process, and customer-relationship skills.
