Job Summary
Program Manager to organize, plan and direct cross-functional program schedules and budgets for customer-focused products/services in Prai, Penang. Responsible for tracking metrics, driving action items, contract negotiations as needed, coordinating interdepartmental activities to meet product development timelines, staffing, and resource allocation. Acts as the primary channel of communication with customers, oversees customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions, maintains relationships with new and existing customers, and ensures programs align with P&L and business metrics. Requires typically a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and a minimum of 7 years in program administration/management; EMS industry experience preferred.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in program administration/management or related area
- Demonstrates advanced operations, technical and people/process skills
- Knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes and interdependencies
- EMS industry experience preferred
