Job Summary
Program Manager based in Bukit Minyak oversees a cross-functional team to deliver customer-focused products and services. Drives development and implementation of project, pricing and program strategies to sustain value for the business and customers. Responsibilities include organizing and directing program schedules and budgets, tracking metrics, guiding contract negotiations, coordinating interdepartmental activities to meet product development timelines, staffing for each phase, managing product lifecycle with P&L considerations, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining strong customer relations, and acting as the main communications channel for customers. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 5+ years of program administration/management experience, with proven operations, technical, and people/process skills.
