Job Summary
End-to-end FP&A program management for US operations including monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, and SOX; coordinate with onshore teams and lead transitions across India and US; manage 1–3 FTEs, drive continuous improvement, and present financials to onshore FP&A leaders and BU heads in a matrix environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in Financial Planning and Analysis domain
- 5+ years of Experience in Client Management & Team Handling
- Oracle ERP and excellent knowledge of Adaptive
- Excellent MS-Excel skill & Presentation skills
- Strong Analytical and Reporting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant/ ACCA UK/ US CPA (preferred)
- Power BI
- Knowledge of Adaptive tool
