Job Summary

Own all tester communications across the full test lifecycle, from onboarding and device distribution through weekly check-ins and test closure, with no day-to-day prompting required once the program rhythm is established. Run Centercode as the primary operator to configure activities, monitor daily feedback streams, triage issues, and maintain tester engagement. Identify trends across all feedback types and translate device or firmware-level issues into plain-language, customer-impact summaries ready for stakeholder consumption. Own hardware logistics end-to-end, including shipping label creation, tracking, cohort unit assignments, device returns, and post-test inspection. Produce weekly summary reports tracking tester participation, feedback trends, open issues, and progress against test objectives. Drive cross-functional issue resolution with Product, Hardware, Firmware, Software, MX, Legal, and Supply Chain. Own and continuously improve the operational processes and documentation that make each test more repeatable than the last, building toward a scalable Field Testing function.
