Job Summary
Lead and drive end-to-end Field & Channel programs spanning transformation, service delivery optimization, partner enablement, and operational excellence. Act as a central integrator across markets, global operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives aligned to customer, partner, and business outcomes. Key responsibilities include defining program scope and milestones; governance and reporting; cross-functional integration across Field Delivery, Channel Operations, Partner/Supplier Management, Finance, and Strategy teams; partner lifecycle enablement and capability building; KPI definition and tracking (SLA adherence, cost, productivity, CSAT impact); transformation and digital initiatives (automation, analytics, telemetry-driven services); risk and financial management including budgets, business cases, and ROI; and executive communication with dashboards and progress updates. Key Deliverables include a program roadmap and execution plan, governance cadences, monthly executive summaries, KPI dashboards, and transformation impact metrics. Skills & Qualifications emphasize strong program management across multi-workstreams with stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, structured problem solving, and experience in field service delivery, channel partner ecosystems, and service workflows. Nice-to-Have exposure to global delivery models, automation, analytics, and digital tools.
