Job Summary
Drive multiple Product, Engineering, and Operations-led programs through a full program lifecycle from concept through launch; serve as primary cross-functional liaison across Product, Engineering, and Operations; participate in planning, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and drive prioritization decisions; support quarterly planning to track and status deliverables; ensure updates on OKRs and KPIs related to product adoption, delivery quality, and platform health; instill disciplined operational methodologies and documentation; coordinate across teams using varied project management techniques; lead special efforts and support process improvements; role requires core business hours and a hybrid work model with preferred offices in San Francisco, New York, and Denver.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years proven experience in Program Management
- 3+ years of product development, GTM, or software engineering program experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
- Experience working with distributed teams and remote working environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead team initiatives by influence
- Process and detail oriented, comfortable with ambiguity
- Analytical skills with measurable data
- Strong ownership and drive to deliver
- Outcome-focused, execution-oriented
- Ability to adapt to change, multi-task, and manage priorities with organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to operate autonomously
