Job Summary
Manage program implementation of customer products through contract manufacturing, overseeing hardware fabrication, scheduling, and contractual deliveries. Analyze customer strategies to develop penetration plans while cultivating relationships and leveraging executives to consummate deals. Establish team accountability for proposal objectives, coordinate workflow between SMT and testing cells, and expedite units on the manufacturing floor. Resolve internal resource constraints, provide real-time status updates, and escalate support needs to resolve build delays. Ensure performance on key business and customer satisfaction metrics including revenue growth, margin, and on-time delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- MBA preferred or equivalent to industry – Preferably in an Engineering Discipline
- +8 years / CM Environment / Electronics Manufacturing
- Knowledge of program management, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations functions, and strong financial acumen
- Dynamic builder of relationships with customers, with track record of identifying new areas of opportunity and negotiating complex business deals for mutual benefit
- Well versed in all MS Office applications
- Inter personal and communication skills
- Negotiation skills
