Program Manager

Lead and coordinate automotive manufacturing programs from initial launch through post-launch support, driving cross-functional teams and ensuring programs meet technical specs, timelines, and budgets. Manage program lifecycles, develop detailed timelines, assemble project teams, drive to milestones, coordinate with customers and suppliers on engineering changes and scope, oversee budgets and invoicing, support APQP activities and successful launches, maintain accurate program data (BOMs, part numbers, certifications, costing), and foster effective communication to achieve target production run rates.
