Job Summary
Vice President Program Manager in Consumer and Community Banking overseeing exam management across Mortgage Banking; partners with Exam and Control Managers to review engagement letters, confirm exam scope, validate remediation status, lead meetings with Operating Divisions for remediation and action plans, coordinate pre-exam preparation, participate in exam meetings, drive root-cause analysis and process improvement in an exam/remediation context, and provide regular status updates on risks and escalations; requires deep experience in Mortgage Operations, Operational Risk, or Audit and strong stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Mortgage Operations, Operational Risk, or Audit
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Strong written and oral executive-level communication skills
- Familiarity with investor, federal, and state regulatory requirements
