Job Summary
Program Manager to anchor end-to-end delivery for enterprise health-system partnerships, coordinating cross-functional teams (product, engineering, clinical, operations) from contract handoffs through go-live, with onsite presence in the New York City office four days a week._ROLE_ involves implementing governance, credentialing, technical integrations, and change-management to enable scalable, high-quality partner outcomes. Must have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 1-2 years of program/project management experience, and knowledge of AI/ML to support AI-enabled product delivery. This role emphasizes structured progress tracking, risk management, and clear stakeholder communication for ongoing enterprise partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of program or project management experience, preferably in consulting, healthcare, health tech, or complex cross-functional delivery environments
- Applies working knowledge of AI/ML and generative AI to drive cross-functional delivery of AI-enabled products
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-workstream programs with competing priorities and dependencies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions without direct authority
- Excellent organizational, communication, and risk management skills
- Proven track record driving programs with disciplined governance, on schedule and within scope
