Job Summary
Program Manager, Engineering leads program budget and timeline, serves as primary liaison with Customer, Sales, Design, Estimating, Accounting, Quality and Manufacturing; manages the PDT, supports pre-production feasibility, engineering changes, and on-time delivery per the customer’s statement of work; drives APQP, part submissions, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver design and tooling within budget, while maintaining document control and weekly issue-resolution meetings.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. degree in engineering and 2 years automotive project engineering experience or some college instruction and 7 years progressive manufacturing / engineering experience including 2 years automotive project engineering
- Wonderlic Contemporary Cognitive Ability Test: minimum score 50 (traditional 26)
