Job Summary
Own end-to-end program delivery for cross-functional R&D initiatives, managing planning, governance, milestone tracking, and stakeholder engagement to ensure release readiness. Build operating rhythms including execution reviews, decision logs, and quarterly planning inputs while creating trusted visibility through status narratives and dashboards. Drive dependency management across teams by identifying blockers early, negotiating sequencing, and escalating with clear options. Improve execution systems by standardizing templates, intake workflows, and program artifacts. Facilitate planning for capacity conversations and tradeoff decisions using data, partnering with Engineering and Product leaders to translate strategy into executable plans. Run clean ceremonies such as kickoffs, sprint planning, retros, and release readiness reviews to maintain predictability and reduce status churn.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years' experience in Program Management / Technical Program Management / Product Ops / Delivery roles in SaaS organizations
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Strong written and verbal executive communication
- Comfortable with modern tooling (e.g., Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Smartsheet)
- Strong fundamentals in scope management, sequencing, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
- Experience with SaaS platforms, enterprise customers, regulated/contract-heavy environments, or release governance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience standing up program governance (intake, prioritization, portfolio views)
- Familiarity with SDLC / release management concepts and metrics (cycle time, throughput, predictability)
- Experience partnering with Support/Services on release readiness, communications, and customer impact
