Program Manager for Employee Experience to drive people-centric initiatives across onboarding to retirement, partnering with global teams on engagement, well-being, and recognition programs; manage multiple global EX projects, maintain onboarding materials, champion AGS culture, and collaborate with HR vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver premier employee experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related discipline
- Experience preferably within staffing industry or corporate HR
- Experience managing offer and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Experience in customer/stakeholder facing role with multiple projects/stakeholders
