Program Manager

Program Manager to own end-to-end programs across teams (product, customer success, growth) and translate company goals into actionable roadmaps with milestones and measurable outcomes. Will drive planning cycles and leadership updates to keep teams aligned, surface risks and blockers early, and ensure on-time delivery. Focus on programs related to agent reliability, user retention, and time-to-app, with emphasis on improving application stability, quality of service, and customer satisfaction. Will build lightweight, repeatable processes and playbooks to scale execution in a fast-growing org, and will close the loop with users by feeding production insights back into product and engineering priorities. Located in Bangalore (onsite in-office). Desired capabilities include strong organizational/communication skills, stakeholder influence without direct authority, data-informed decision making, ownership mindset, and experience coordinating cross-functional launches or reliability programs. Nice-to-have experience with AI/ML products, developer tools, or customer-facing platforms.
