Job Summary
Manage customer projects by directing clients toward Emerald services, providing revenue forecasting, and serving as the primary liaison between the company and customer. Ensure customer satisfaction through on-time delivery, quality, and communication while conducting team meetings, documenting issues, and keeping stakeholders informed of program status. Align program decisions with contract terms regarding on-time delivery, accounts receivable, and material issues. Work with the site Lead PM to execute tactical business goals for smaller to mid-size accounts.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related experience in relevant manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of manufacturing, Engineering and Technical Services
- Prior experience driving customer account development
- Prior experience in managing customer revenue growth and commercial management/execution
- Proficient computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
