Job Summary
Lead and manage multiple interrelated programs within the MAES MicroMax portfolio, translating business strategy into actionable program plans and priorities while ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Own program governance, risk management, and interdependencies, build alignment across cross-functional teams and senior leadership, and drive measurable business value through KPIs and performance analytics. Mentor and guide project managers and teams, champion continuous improvement, and maintain stakeholder relationships to enable enterprise execution excellence and value realization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Typically 10–15+ years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs
- Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience in risk management, resource planning, and governance
- Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving ability
- Ability to influence and lead in a matrix environment
