Job Summary
Lead baseball and softball operations by developing curriculum, training instructors, and managing daily facility execution including sales, marketing, and staff oversight. Create and foster facility culture while ensuring instructing standards are met and schedules are maintained within budget constraints. Manage the annual facility budget, oversee revenue growth and cost management, and serve as the primary liaison to directors and coaches for player development programs. Work cross-functionally with marketing and finance to grow programs and act as a brand ambassador enforcing company policies. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in program management, and verifiable collegiate or professional playing/coaching experience. Frequent local and occasional overnight travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- 2+ years of related experience in program management or managing instructors and trainers
- Verifiable baseball/softball playing and/or coaching experience at the collegiate and/or professional level
- Current or recent experience as an instructor, preferred
- Experience instructing youth and HS players and programs preferred
- In-depth knowledge of baseball/softball
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with others
- Excellent leadership skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel and PowerPoint), preferred
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout facilities is required
- Frequent local travel required with occasional required overnight travel
