Job Summary
Program Manager responsible for leading post-order project management for key accounts, driving project management processes, and improving productivity and customer satisfaction across Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division. Key duties include acting as customer single point of contact for post-order activities, training and supervising project teams, building cross-functional relationships to meet milestones, guiding management-to-management relationships with Williams Companies, contributing to leadership discussions and strategic reports, ensuring system integrity and policy compliance, leveraging EBE principles and electronic tools for profitable growth, supporting the Industrial Sales Team/PMO, and recruiting and developing top project managers with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Travel up to ~30% and a strong emphasis on financials, pricing negotiation, and change management are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical industry project management, field sales and/or marketing
- Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
- Relocation is not available. Candidates must currently reside within a 50 mile radius of Moon Township, PA, Beachwood, OH or Westerville, OH to be considered.
