Job Summary
Manage, plan, schedule, communicate, facilitate, monitor, control, and report on project-related tasks to ensure timely release deployment across cloud modernization initiatives. Oversee product application and channel task performance within the overall program schema, applying Project Management standards consistently. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver approved projects on time, within budget, and with quality results while coordinating DevSecOps or CI/CD pipelines. This role supports programs spanning cloud migration and operations, requiring familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and earned value management. You will work with Agile/Scrum delivery teams using Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline
- Experience including increasing responsibility in program and project management and information systems design
- Minimum of 2 years of general related experience, including at least 1 year as a project manager
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust or Security Clearance
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum delivery teams using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with cloud migration and modernization program delivery on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with earned value management (EVM) and program financial tracking
- Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery involving DevSecOps or CI/CD pipelines
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
