Program Manager - Early Careers and Recruitment

Job Summary
Own the end-to-end early career and internship experience, including planning, execution, and evaluation. Manage all aspects of the internship program experience from orientation to conversion, design and facilitate development programming, coordinate mentorship/shadowing opportunities, collaborate with college recruiting, represent Moss at campus events and career fairs, support intern conversion strategies, track engagement and satisfaction, and partner across teams to ensure meaningful intern experiences. Travel up to 25% and manage vendors and facilitators while maintaining program metrics and scalable processes.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in early career programs, Internships, rotational programs, campus recruiting or talent development
- Experience in construction, engineering, or a project-based environment is a strong plus
- Strong program and event management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Excellent professional presentation delivery and verbal and written communication skills to large audiences
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (Workday highly preferred)
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable program improvements
- Familiarity with Workday (preferred)
- Willingness to travel 25%
