Job Summary
Manage large-scale efforts at the BPA/IDIQ level, ensuring the successful execution of task orders and maintaining robust client relationships. Responsibilities include strategic planning and execution, establishing milestones and monitoring budgets, acting as a primary client liaison, overseeing task order management, ensuring compliance with federal procurement regulations, leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, and maintaining quality assurance. Required qualifications include advanced degrees in relevant fields, extensive experience in senior IT security roles, and specific certifications such as PMP and ITIL.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management (IM), Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of technical experience, including 6 years in senior IT security roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management (IM), Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with at least 12 years of relevant experience, including 8 years in senior roles
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 Foundation
- Extensive experience managing BPAs or IDIQ contracts of similar scale
- Extensive experience with Security Operations Centers (SOC) environments
- Expertise in federal acquisition processes, FAR/DFAR compliance, and project management methodologies
- Familiarity with government contracting environments and large-scale program management
- Experience with proposal development, pricing models, and contract negotiations
- Active Public Trust or higher
