Program Manager - Director Level with Core Banking Systems Experience

Job Summary
Hands-on Program Manager role based in New York City (hybrid) leading core banking programs within PMO guidelines. Drives end-to-end project delivery from strategic planning through to implementation, including business process redesign, governance, and controls; translates business needs into technology solutions; manages RAID/logs and UAT coordination; communicates with senior management and stakeholders; requires significant cross-functional, regulatory, and banking experience, including leadership and resource planning. Local to NYC; no sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience delivering major cross-functional initiatives at large financial institutions
- Knowledge of finance, risk, operations, and data processes and enabling technologies
- Strong regulatory change management experience
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven team leadership and career development experience in program/change management
- Canadian banking experience is a big plus
