Job Summary
Program Management Director position leading large, high-profile capital programs nationwide for Brown and Caldwell. Oversees daily operations and direction of programs or major projects with capital investments typically between $100M and $500M, and with exposure to larger programs exceeding $1B. Responsible for capital planning, design, engineering, and construction phases, guiding program strategy, resource management, and client service. Leads cross-functional teams of project delivery managers, engineers, and subconsultants; ensures financial controls, schedule management, risk management, quality assurance, and performance measurement; mentors team members and maintains strong client relationships with government leaders and public officials. Requires experience delivering large programs, effective leadership, and a track record of delivering value, financial performance, and benefits aligned with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Typically, a minimum of 15 years of related work experience in project management, program management or related field
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Program management certification or required to obtain in 6 months
