Job Summary
Define project scope, timelines, and technical requirements for complex, cross-functional digital transformation initiatives. Drive planning, execution, and delivery from concept to launch while managing risks, resources, and communication across IT, business, and external partners. Lead program planning by developing detailed schedules and roadmaps, assess readiness of incoming requests, and manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Prioritize health and safety by adhering to policies and maintaining safe practices. Serve as a central communication hub to resolve blockers and translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders. Contribute to DTO standards and introduce new technologies to improve system operations. This role supports Arcwood's nationwide footprint in environmental leadership and waste management technology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise project or program management within a DTO, IT PMO or EPMO organization
- Experience leading multiple enterprise projects running in parallel with varying levels of complexity
- Location: Indianapolis corporate office, hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote
- A post-offer drug screen and background check
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- PMP, PgMP and/or Scrum Master certifications
- Experience in an Agile development environment
- Experience in Enterprise Roadmap development and/or an understanding of Business Strategy concepts
- Experience working in private-equity or a high-growth environment
- Experience participating in M&A IT programs
