Job Summary
Lead complex programs and projects with multiple interdependent workflows, ensuring alignment between business, operations, IT, and development teams. Coordinate initiatives with organization-wide or international impact while driving stakeholder management across internal teams, external partners, and suppliers. Monitor progress, budget, quality, and risks, actively adjusting delivery to guarantee successful outcomes. Improve and professionalize program management governance, processes, and working methods by translating strategic objectives into executable roadmaps. Manage dependencies and prioritize tasks to maintain cohesion within high-complexity environments.
Required Qualifications
- HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het leiden van complexe programma's of projecten binnen een dynamische omgeving
- Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement op tactisch en strategisch niveau
- In staat om structuur aan te brengen in complexe organisatievraagstukken en afhankelijkheden
- Sterk in samenwerking over meerdere teams, business units en/of landen heen
- Proactieve en resultaatgerichte mindset
- Ervaring met project- en programmamanagementmethodieken (bijv. Prince2, Agile of SAFe)
