Job Summary
Senior Enterprise Product Leader for AskNovartis responsible for guiding strategy, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of the AI-enabled AskNovartis platform. Responsibilities include setting platform strategy from PoC to enterprise scale, prioritizing high-value employee use cases, driving service transformation and DD&IT ownership, ensuring self-service and AI-assisted interactions with clear ownership, driving adoption and value realization across domains, and collaborating with platform, architecture, and engineering teams to integrate with enterprise systems (ServiceNow, Workday, Intune). The role is dual in nature: Enterprise Platform Leader for AskNovartis and Product Lead for the DD&IT domain (Ask IT). Location: Prague with Hybrid work (12 days/month in office).
