Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day program delivery for the Homeless Veteran Reintegration Program by training staff in trauma-informed approaches, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Monitor service quality, triage caseloads, and coordinate crisis interventions while supervising Case Managers and Outreach Specialists. Establish partnerships with external agencies, conduct performance evaluations, and manage client flow, complaints, and administrative duties including hiring and policy updates. Submit weekly and monthly reports, track data, and maintain financial systems for grant reporting. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in social services, and availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or Social Work, or Public Administration, or Psychology or related field
- 3+ years of experience in social services
- 3+ years in a customer service focused environment
- 2+ years management experience
- Driver's License with clear record
- Daily use of a vehicle
- Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance
- Must be available and willing to travel to various locations
- Must be available and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself/herself or others
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with budget management
- Experience with housing assistance
- Experience with a homeless Veteran population
- LPC, LCDC, or LMSW
