Job Summary
The Program Manager (Data Center Lead) at BGIS will oversee daily operations and projects for data centers, acting as the primary liaison with Data Center Managers while leading a team of technicians. This role requires strong leadership, IT experience, and the ability to manage service delivery to meet client SLAs. Candidates must have a High School Diploma, relevant experience in Data Center environments, and at least one technical certification.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience with IT and networking systems
- Minimum 1 Technical Certification
- Experience with dynamic Colocation and Managed Services environments
- Strong working knowledge of Data Center architectures and systems
- Comprehension of Data Center core infrastructure
- Proficiency with DCIM principles and applications
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency with ServiceNow
