Job Summary
Lead the delivery of ANZ's Cyber Technology Program, ensuring initiatives align with strategic priorities, security objectives, and risk outcomes. Bring together technology, security, risk, and business stakeholders to manage dependencies and drive shared ownership. Provide governance, executive reporting, and actionable insights to support informed decision-making while proactively managing risks and delivery challenges across multiple workstreams. Embed sustainable cyber security capabilities and ways of working that strengthen resilience and deliver long-term value. This highly visible role guides complex initiatives from concept to successful delivery, influencing at every level of the bank. Based in Wellington or Auckland, this permanent position requires a 37.5-hour standard schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading complex technology, cyber security or transformation programmes within large organisations
- The ability to navigate competing priorities, manage dependencies and keep delivery on track in fast-paced environments
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and bring people together to achieve shared outcomes
- An understanding of cyber security, risk management and resilience practices, with the ability to connect technical delivery to business outcomes
- Experience working collaboratively across technology, security, risk and business teams, as well as external partners
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into meaningful insights for a range of audiences
- Role Location: This role can be based in Wellington or Auckland
