Job Summary
Own overall program performance across all task areas, ensuring Service Level Agreement and Performance Parameter Indicator compliance. Manage staffing, subcontractor integration, and surge support across multiple secure government installations while chairing Program Management Reviews with Government stakeholders. Lead transition-in from predecessor contracts, direct mission-essential and continuity-of-operations planning, and enforce DoD cybersecurity requirements. Control contract financials, cost/schedule, and change orders while serving as the primary interface for cost, schedule, and performance. Operate in a fast-paced 24/7/365 mission-support environment with occasional after-hours support; on-site in Colorado Springs with up to 25% recurring travel to supported installations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or management discipline
- 10+ years managing IT, network, or cybersecurity O&M contracts of comparable size and complexity
- 5+ years as a Program/Project Manager on a DoD or comparable federal program of similar scope
- Demonstrated experience leading contract transitions and multi-site O&M service delivery
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance
- Eligibility for TS/SCI
- U.S. citizenship
- On-site position in the Colorado Springs, CO area
- Recurring presence at supported installations (travel estimated up to 25%)
- Fast-paced 24/7/365 mission-support environment
- Occasional after-hours support for outages or exercises
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- DoD 8140/8570-aligned IAT Level II or III (e.g., Security+, CySA+, or higher)
