Program Manager (Custodial Operations - AM Shift)

Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned custodial contracts by establishing job schedules, managing staff evaluations, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and safety procedures. Personally observe work performed during all shifts, resolve quality issues through training, and maintain accurate time records and payroll within budget. Coordinate with government facility staff, contracting officers, and community agencies to facilitate process improvement and address operational challenges. This role requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph and involves working the 7:00am to 4:00pm AM shift Monday through Friday. Candidates must possess five years of experience in workforce management for similar contracts and hold a valid driver's license.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret/SCI (With Polygraph)
  • Valid driver's license from state of residence and ability to drive
  • License must have been valid for at least 3 years
  • If driving a 15 passenger van, must be at least 25 years old
  • Acceptable driving record as determined by Agency's insurance carrier and by Chimes DC policies and procedures
  • Successful completion and approval of Top Secret/SCI with Poly is required
  • US Citizenship required
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Five (5) years' experience in managing a workforce providing services on a contract of similar scope and size
  • Demonstrated ability and knowledge of building service management as well as relevant equipment and chemicals and their applications

Desired Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • Valid CPR/FA certification preferred
  • Knowledge of green cleaning principles and CIMS certification requirements
  • Knowledge of electronic tracking systems such as MAXIMO, SAMS, TAMS, JAMS
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards, hospital standards, and facility management
  • Knowledge about regulations for SDS, Fire and Safety, Hazard Communications and Bloodborne Pathogens
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
