Job Summary
Lead the design, delivery, and sustainment of employee experience and culture initiatives for the PTx organization, ensuring alignment with AGCO's strategic objectives and transformation priorities. Drive the planning, execution, and governance of programs that strengthen cultural integration, reinforce organizational identity, and enhance engagement, while contributing to the broader global agenda. Partner with Corporate Communications and global OCM on change initiatives, utilizing analytics to improve messaging and support AI and cultural integration efforts. Manage project plans, metrics, and budgets to oversee scalable solutions for approximately 200 Culture Champions and external stakeholders. Report to the Director, Global Employee Experience & Culture, working within a matrixed environment to deliver measurable impact on organizational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, Change management, culture and Communications, or related field
- 6-8 years of experience in employee experience, culture, HR programs, or organizational initiatives
- Demonstrated experience managing projects or programs end-to-end, including planning, execution, and tracking outcomes
- Experience working in a matrixed, global, or cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
- Working knowledge of employee engagement, culture, and change management principles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Effective communication and presentation skills with experience delivering updates to stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with ability to leverage data to support decision-making
- Must be able to work from an AGCO USA location (Tremont_IL OR Batavia_IL) for a 4 days per week
- Must agree to a drug-free workplace and pre-employment substance abuse testing
