Job Summary
Lead and develop junior investment professionals (interns, analysts, and associates) within AB-PCI’s Credit Team. Manage and evolve AB-PCI’s junior talent programs including recruiting processes, training, performance management, and development frameworks. Serve as the primary manager and development lead for a group of high-performing investment professionals, coordinating with senior team members to drive structured outcomes, culture, and scalable processes across the investment platform. Requires strong people-management capabilities, ownership mindset, and ability to operate across investment teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Ideal candidate will have Bachelor's degree and 7-10+ years of experience in program management, team leadership, or platform-building roles, with background in private credit, asset management, investment banking, or consulting preferred.

- experience leading teams and complex projects
- exposure to talent development, recruiting, or program management initiatives (preferred)
- strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- ability to influence senior stakeholders across a matrixed organization
