Job Summary

Review incoming briefs for clarity on goals, requirements, and timelines before kickoff, then partner with cross-functional teams including Comms, Product, and external partners to plan and execute projects from start to finish. Build detailed project plans, timelines, and scopes while managing day-to-day workflow for priority tentpoles across social, partnerships, B2C PMC, and growth initiatives. Maintain quarterly roadmaps, support forecasting and scoping for planned work, and contribute to annual and bi-annual strategic planning by estimating effort and identifying operational considerations. Identify inefficiencies across pillars and recommend actionable workflow improvements, while collaborating with the Group Program Manager to enhance cross-functional processes. Act as a point of escalation for project-related issues and foster strong relationships through clear communication and proactive collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of project management, program management, production management, or related marketing/creative experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communicator who can confidently guide conversations, ensure alignment, and drive decision-making
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams such as Creative, Social, Comms, Product, and external partners
  • Excellent project management skills: attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and risk mitigation
  • Experience balancing project management responsibilities with production oversight and hands-on execution
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about Snap Inc.'s products, creativity, culture, and community
  • Work in an office 4+ days per week

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing social-first, partnership-driven, or growth marketing programs
  • Background in content production across digital, social, video, or integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing multiple creative projects in parallel
  • Experience collaborating with leadership and presenting program updates or recommendations
