Job Summary
Program Manager responsible for on-site multi-tenant corporate fitness program operations, including leading wellness programming, managing staff, developing and executing annual business plans, coordinating budgets, ensuring contract compliance, and delivering high-quality fitness services. Responsibilities include directing program activities to meet HealthFitness standards, maintaining client relationships, coordinating marketing and communications to maximize engagement, tracking program data and outcomes, and ensuring safety and facility operations. Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Kinesiology or related discipline or equivalent combination of education, current certifications, and experience
- 2+ years’ related industry experience
- Current Adult CPR/AED/First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Institute, or American Safety & Health Institute required by start date
- Industry recognized Group Exercise certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NCCPT or NCCA Accredited Personal Trainer certification
- Prior Supervisory experience preferred
