Job Summary
Manage vehicle test programs, compile and compute data according to statistical methods, and review program status with customers. Responsibilities include maintaining contact with customers and suppliers, discussing data collection requirements, evaluating design feasibility, monitoring fleet performance, ensuring accurate data reporting, and compiling statistics from various records. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Engineering, or Mathematics, with four years of related experience, in-depth vehicle system knowledge, proficiency in product development tools, and programming experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Automotive, Engineering or Mathematics), from a four-year college and four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of both.
- In-depth knowledge of OE & aftermarket engine, transmission, and OBD vehicle calibration and product development systems
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems and their interactions
- Proficient with product development tools including data acquisition, management, and analysis tools
Desired Qualifications
- Programming (C/C++, Java) experience desired
