Program Manager - Component & Sub-systems

Program Manager for Components & Sub-Systems responsible for end-to-end execution of a defined component, subsystem, or workstream from requirements alignment through production launch readiness. Develop and manage detailed program plans with schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions. Ensure engineering-owned deliverables meet program requirements, track progress, and drive cross-functional actions across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing. Coordinate interface definitions with dependent subsystems and provide structured, data-driven status updates for program reviews and leadership syncs. May include software-focused workstreams requiring coordination with software engineering teams to ensure integration readiness, testing coverage, and software release alignment. Collaborate with global/ regional teams, maintain program documentation, dashboards, and communication tools, escalate risks with recommended options, and support decision-making with data. Requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to operate with ownership and independence in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include 3–7 years in Program/Project Management or related fields; experience leading cross-functional teams and managing hardware and/or software development environments; preferred experience in procurement readiness, supplier coordination, and production readiness. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related technical field; PMP/Agile/Lean certifications are a plus. Vaccination against travel and global collaboration across time zones is implied by global team interaction.
