Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of PHP, IOP, and OP programs at CBH in Fort Lauderdale; supervise clinical and support staff to ensure high-quality, client-centered service delivery; collaborate with the Clinical Director on program development, implementation, and quality improvement; ensure compliance with AHCA, DCF, and Joint Commission standards; assist with scheduling and staffing coordination; monitor client census and program performance metrics; support audits, inspections, and accreditation readiness; address operational challenges and implement real-time solutions; promote a positive, collaborative environment and strong leadership presence in outpatient behavioral health programming.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida licensure required (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in behavioral health, preferably in PHP/IOP settings
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of outpatient behavioral health programming
- Knowledge of AHCA, DCF, and Joint Commission standards and compliance expectations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
