Job Summary
Program Manager to lead the development and management of the Full Service Community School program, partnering with the Site Administrator and Family, Schools, and Community Partnerships Supervisor to assess community needs, coordinate student and family support services, and cultivate resources and partnerships. Responsibilities include coordinating services across school leadership teams, overseeing referral processes, training service providers, integrating academic and non-academic supports, developing MOUs and partnerships with city/county/non-profit agencies, brokering new partnerships, ensuring culturally and linguistically appropriate service delivery, and evaluating program effectiveness through data collection and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Three years of relevant experience in one or more major student and/or family support areas
