Job Summary

Manage and lead the development of the Full Service Community School in partnership with the Site Administrator. Responsibilities include assessing school community needs, coordinating student and family support services, and developing resources and partnerships. Ensure alignment of services with school goals, provide training and technical assistance, conduct outreach for available resources, and manage partnerships with various agencies. Oversee program evaluation and support youth leadership and family engagement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Three years of relevant experience in one or more major student and/or family support areas
  • Valid California Driver’s License
  • Employment eligibility will include fingerprints, tuberculosis and/or other employment clearance

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working in an urban school setting preferred.
