Job Summary
Residential Program Manager leads a team to provide person-centered care tailored to meet the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role supports day-to-day operations, manages staff scheduling and performance, develops and implements activity programs (Meaningful Day curriculum), communicates with families/guardians, ensures ISP/PCP compliance including medication management and behavior management, maintains program documentation and billable records, monitors health needs, maintains relationships with families, and oversees maintenance of work locations and vehicles. Requires collaboration with license and department staff; minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree preferred and two years of relevant experience; valid driver’s license and successful background checks. Starting pay is $55,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two years’ full-time work experience in supporting people with disabilities
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Knowledge of state regulatory agency operations and standards relevant to supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of checks of criminal background, central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testing
