Job Summary
Program Manager for Residential services leads a team to provide person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Drums, PA. Manages staff schedules and performance, delivers training, conducts staff meetings, and recognizes employee contributions. Develops and implements activity programs including the Meaningful Day curriculum. Communicates with families/guardians and ensures ISP/PCP-aligned supports, including medication management, meal planning, and behavior management. Oversees program documentation and billable records, monitors health and medical needs, and reports concerns. Manages supplies, vehicle/locations maintenance, and collaborates with license staff during inspections. Requires Bachelor's degree preferred and two years' full-time experience in disability support; valid driver’s license; background checks; work in residential/day/community settings; evening/weekend hours possible. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two years’ full-time work experience in supporting people with disabilities
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Knowledge of state regulatory agency operations and standards relevant to supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of checks of criminal background, central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testing
