Job Summary
Collaborate with the peer-to-peer team to grow revenue, participation, and reach for community fundraising initiatives by managing donor portfolios and hosting events raising over $10,000. Develop new peer-to-peer opportunities through research, community partnerships, and influencer relationships while implementing project logistics from concept to completion. Serve as a resource for departmental strategies and manage engagement with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen program goals. This hybrid role requires a minimum of two days per week at the South Lake Union campus, with some weekend and evening work possible. A cover letter is required for consideration.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of current peer-to-peer fundraising tools and strategies
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders including donors, volunteers, and volunteer committees
- Experience in nonprofit, research, or health care environment with campaign planning or campaign implementation experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly developed organizational and information management skills
- Strong attention to a high level of detail and quality of work
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a complex organization
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a CRM, Raiser's Edge/RENXT, or related fundraising software
- Ability to handle and respect confidential and sensitive information
