Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate multiple real estate projects for enterprise clients across Asia, acting as the central point of contact between clients and internal project teams. Collaborate with Project Managers to convey updates, risks, and requirements; monitor progress, timelines, and budgets across the portfolio; ensure consistent reporting and documentation; identify and resolve issues impacting delivery; support procurement strategies and contract management; facilitate project reviews and handovers. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 5–8 years of real estate project management experience, with strong Mandarin and English communication skills. Opportunities for domestic and international movement within a global, collaborative environment; role based in Singapore (with flexibility for Hong Kong). Focus on delivering complex, international-standard projects with enterprise clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 5–8 years of experience in real estate project management
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Familiarity with project management tools and design software is advantageous
