Job Summary
The Colocation Program Manager for Global Cloud and Data Center Vertical Markets is responsible for overseeing the portfolio of projects, implementing and maintaining account programs, and serving as the primary contact for clients to resolve operational issues. The role involves managing communications, standard processes, and internal efficiencies, while ensuring customer satisfaction and driving account growth. Key responsibilities include developing and executing support plans, leveraging a deep understanding of the customer's business needs, collaborating across regions, and ensuring best practices are implemented. The position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, technical knowledge of data center technology, and the ability to lead projects throughout their lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of Data Center Hyperscale Projects Electronic Security Experience
- 10 years of Data Center Projects Electronic Security Experience

- Excellent organizational skills related to Program/Project Management.
- Broad based industry and market knowledge of network and Data Center technology.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with ability to deliver presentations to multiple levels of an organization.
- Strong work ethic with personal motivation to function individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to create internal and external organizational alignment through relationships, communicating vision and team building.
- Understanding of appropriate levels of protections regarding customer personnel, information, and property, both real and intellectual.
- Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving tools and techniques.
- Capabilities in implementing program deliverables, leveraging understanding of cultural differences in business practices for other regions or countries.
- A team player with the ability to effectively communicate internally across Convergint nation as well as externally with our customers and ECO system partners.
