Program Manager, College-Conservatory of Music

Job Summary

Plan, coordinate, and support academic and co-curricular programs for the Music Education and Keyboard Divisions, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituents. Monitor quantitative and qualitative data to identify problems, prioritize solutions, and develop action steps for program improvement. Maintain budgets, prepare contracts, and manage expenditures while analyzing enrollment and student data to compile statistics and prepare reports. Assist with recruitment strategies, coordinate events such as recitals and workshops, and prepare communications including newsletters. Act as a liaison to internal departments, external entities, and community organizations, and may supervise staff, conduct research for grant proposals, or perform related duties as assigned. This 100% FTE on-site role supports the College-Conservatory of Music's mission to transform the community through scholarship and service.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training
  • Three (3) years of program coordination experience
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
