Job Summary
Program Manager, Clinician Training & LMS leading end-to-end clinician onboarding and ongoing training programs across implementations. Own LMS administration, curriculum design, and partner-facing delivery; drive onboarding strategies tailored to clinician roles and customer journeys; coordinate with Clinical Success, Product, PMM, and Implementation to ensure training is current and integrated with releases; create scalable training materials across live, virtual, and self-serve formats; deliver measurable engagement, adoption, and retention outcomes for clinicians.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in clinician training, learning & development, or related enablement role in health tech/clinical education
- Experience owning end-to-end content production across live, recorded, and self-serve formats
- Experience implementing or administering an LMS
- Strong project-management instincts and ability to manage a monthly cadence
- Ability to ensure content accuracy and alignment with product functionality and customer workflows
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration能力
