Job Summary
Program Manager will serve as the primary interface with the CO, COR, and subcontractors across the contract, monitoring performance to include budget, performance, and deliverables. Responsibilities include management of subcontractors, financial tracking and monitoring of contract compliance, and communicating contract goals to administrative and analyst staff. Requires ensuring contract performance aligns with requirements, liaising with government personnel, and having authority to act on behalf of the Contractor within the scope of operations at the location, including personnel management and hire/fire authority. Anticipated tasks include preventing fraud, providing timely deliverables, promoting efficiency, resolving contract-related issues, responding to surge requests, ensuring adherence to contractual standards, and coordinating briefings with government agencies. Education/experience: Bachelor’s Degree, PMP, 10+ years in office environment, 3+ years leading a federal contract team, strong MS Office proficiency, and commitment to equal opportunity for all qualified applicants.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (advanced degree, preferred) and, Current PMP certification
- Ten (10) years of progressive experience in an office environment
- At least three (3) years managing a team on a federal contract of similar size and scope
- Experience using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS SharePoint, and MS Outlook
- Demonstrated expertise in Federal Government contract management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior organizational skills and work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams in the field of expertise required by this contract
